MS LAB · AI
AI agents and solutions for small and medium-sized businesses
We take repetitive work off your team: email, documents, bookings and summaries. The agent prepares a draft, and nothing reaches a customer without your approval.
- New email: “Cracked jar” · order MM-24817
- Category: complaint · urgency: high
- Order delivered on 29 Oct, report with a photo within 7 days
- Balm: 0 in stock, next batch on 6 Nov
- Decision: accept the complaint, a new balm from the 6 Nov batch
- To a person: the rule says ship now, but it is out of stock
- Draft reply ready · waiting for approval
01
What we automate
Repetitive office work that has rules and data. The agent does the first version, you decide.
Inbox and complaints
The agent reads emails, checks the order and stock and drafts a reply that follows your terms.
e.g. online shop, customer service
Invoices and documents
Documents from email land in a summary for the accountant, categorised, with a note on doubtful ones.
e.g. clinic, office, service company
Bookings and schedules
Booking requests from email and forms, a schedule check, a proposed reply and an entry once approved.
e.g. restaurant, salon, clinic
Product descriptions and catalogue
A photo and a product sheet become a description for your shop and marketplaces, with gaps listed for you to fill.
e.g. manufacturer, brand, wholesaler
Enquiries and quotes
Every enquiry gets a fit score and a draft quote from your price list, ready to send with one click.
e.g. service company, B2B
Reports and summaries
Data from spreadsheets, your shop and systems pulled into a weekly summary with a note on what changed.
e.g. sales, stock, management
02
How we work together
From describing the problem to a working agent, with results on your data before anything is connected.
- 01
Free quote
You tell us what takes up your time. We pick the spot where an agent helps most and give you a price.
- 02
Prototype on your data
The agent works on real examples and you judge the results before anything is connected.
- 03
Rollout with an approval panel
The agent only gets access to what it needs. Every action is logged and anything outgoing waits for your click.
- 04
Care and measurement
Every month you see how many cases went through, how many needed edits and what to change in the rules.

We built this for ourselves
The MS LAB job monitor reads emails from portals and clients, scores the fit and drafts a quote from our price list. We send only after reading and approving it.
- Email from a portal or a client
- Data pulled out: service, budget, deadline
- Fit score 0-100
- Draft quote matched to the budget
- Approval in the panel
- Reply in the same thread

Security and GDPR
The agent works like a new hire on probation: it has only the access it needs, its work is visible, and you approve it.
A person approves what goes out
The agent prepares a draft. Nothing reaches a customer or a system without a click from someone at your company.
Least access needed
A separate agent account, access only to the inboxes and data it needs, a log of every action.
Data in the EU and a processing agreement
Processing in the EU or on your own server, with a GDPR data processing agreement.
No training on your data
Models run through provider APIs that do not train their models on data sent through the API.
An off switch
The agent can be stopped with one switch in the panel; the process then goes back to manual handling.
05
Pricing
The quote is free. The rest are starting prices in USD; we give the exact amount once we know your process.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The quote is free. An AI assistant starts at $799 plus from $49 a month for the model and the server, process automation at $1,090, a custom agent or app at $1,590. We give an exact price once you describe the process in the form.
How long does it take?
It depends on the process and on how easy it is to reach the data. The deadline comes with the quote, and you see first results on your own examples before the full rollout.
We know nothing about AI. Is that a problem?
No. Just describe in your own words what you do by hand today and what takes the most time. Choosing the tools and connecting them is on us.
Will the agent send anything on its own?
No. The agent drafts the reply, entry or summary, and sending waits for approval in the panel. Actions without a click are switched on only where you ask for them.
Which models does it run on?
We pick the model for the task, most often Claude or other models through provider APIs that do not train on API data. Simpler tasks can run on a model hosted on your side.
Does our data leave the company?
Only as much as the task needs, and only to providers under a processing agreement, with processing in the EU. When data cannot leave, the agent runs on your server.
What if the agent gets it wrong?
That is why you approve the result before it goes out. We record every edit and tune the agent's rules each month so the same mistake does not come back.
Will it connect to our system?
Usually yes: through an API, file exports or email. Before we quote, we check how to reach the data.
Do we need our own IT person?
No. We set everything up ourselves; on your side you need someone who knows the process and approves the results.
Invoices?
Prices are final: the seller is VAT-exempt, a receipt is available on request. If you need a VAT invoice, order through Useme, which then issues it.
